How Do I Know That Your Website Is Secure?

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. Shopify stores your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept American Express®, Discover®, Master Card®, Visa®, Google Wallet and PayPal.

If I Place an Order Will You See My Credit/Bank Card Information?
When you submit your credit card or bankcard information at checkout, it is SSL encrypted for your protection. Covered Ladies Designs® never sees your credit card and/or bankcard number and we never will.

How Will I Know That My Order Went Through?
When your order is processed, we will send you an email confirmation.

When Will I Be Billed?
You can expect to be billed when:

  • Your order is verified and,
  • Payment has been authorized and,
  • Your order has been shipped.

Do You Collect State Sales Tax?
We comply with Georgia State Sales Tax Law. If the shipping address is a Georgia address, the law requires us to collect Georgia State Sales Tax.

Can I Place My Order and Pay By Phone or Fax?
We do not accept payment by phone or fax. 

When Will My Order Ship?
We strive to ship your order within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

What If I Wish To Return an Item?
Should you have a return, contact us for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).  We use RMA’s to help us to identify and process returns. See Return Policy.
